You Are Amazing & So Is Your Blog Award

The header looks like an old Fall Out Boy song title, with all the first letters capitalized.
*cough*

Anyways, the lovely, lovely Ellie from over at On the Other Side of Reality nominated me for this award, which was created by the equally fabulous Rylee from When I Dream. You can go visit dearest Ellie HERE, and sweet Rylee HERE

The Rules:

1. Copy and paste these rules on to your award post.

2. Come up with at least 5 fun questions for your nominees to answer.

3. Nominate at least 5 people who you think are amazing and have an amazing blog.

4. List at least one reason why you appreciate the people you nominated.

5. Put this award on your sidebar or award/tag page if you were nominated.

6. Leave a comment on your nominees' blogs letting them know they've been nominated.

Now for the questions!

1. Have you ever pushed on a door that says pull or pulled on a door that says push?
More times than I'd care to admit. In particular, the doors to Hastings always get me. :P

2. Have you ever accidentally locked yourself in a room?
Mmm, not that I'm aware. Although I certainly would be a person to do so.

3. DO YOU LOVE FUZZY CHRISTMAS SOCKS???
YAS. And Halloween ones as well. <3

4. Have you ever been in a public place, saw some statues, thought they were real people, and started talking to them whilst everyone around you sees this and thinks you're mentally unstable? ('Cause that's happened to me before. Twice.)
Haha, nope. I don't see many statues around the town where I live. I'm sure if I did, and I was tired enough though, I'd end up bumping into one and apologizing profusely before it comes to terms in my brain that I'm talking to a statue. xD

5. When you open your closet door, are you afraid that a black torrent of nothingness and despair will suck you down into an eternal torment from which there is no escape?
When I was younger, yes. I still have a weird little fear where I can not sleep if the doors to my closet are open. xD

And for once, since I have time, I'm going to nominate people.

The Nominees
Tudda Pudda: Tudda Pudda is such an amazing, kind blogger & she runs such a cool blog. One of my favorites actually. She's always such a joy to chat with in comments. ^_^

Kelsey: Probably horribly against the rules to nominate your real life best friend, but I'm doing it anyways. Kelsey runs such a wonderful, kooky (in the best way) blog & she's always so sweet to others. <3

Rylee: Rylee's my "twin." xD I'm responsible for getting the poor dear hooked on Lee Pace (And possibly Patrick Stump). But Rylee is just such a sweet girl and she's always willing to have a little fangirl attack with you. I adore her and her blogs, and not nominating her would be madness.

Olivia: Olvia is a sweetie, she runs THE most fantabulous blog around, & she's one of the biggest fangirls I know. Plus, she's got one wicked Blogger icon. ;)

Kathryn: Kathryn's got such a lovely blog, that I adore. We share an interest in Tolkien/Middle-Earth. And she shattered my heart on Google Plus when she posted a picture of Tauriel w/ Kili. But y'know, forgive and forget, so consider yourself nominated dear! xD

My Questions for the Nominees:
1. Would you rather travel by plane or boat? Why?
2. Any irrational fears?
3. What's the thing you geek out about the most?
4. Does anybody else love the feel of soft, thin pages in books or am I seriously alone in this matter?
5. Have you watched any Amazingphil videos?
6. Favorite article of clothing?
7. Do you know who Patrick Stump is? (Or have I been doing a terrible job on making sure everybody who reads my blog clearly knows who he is? xD)
8. How many electronic devices do you own?
9. Be honest-About how many hours a day do you think you spend online?
10. Do you still currently have Christmas decorations up in your household? (We do. xD)

And that's it! Hope everybody has a wonderful day, and that the nominees enjoy doing answering these questions. =)

Comments

  1. Thank you for nominating me! And yes, my BFF and I are constantly lamenting certain handsome characters' deaths.
One time my brothers and I were laughing really uncontrollably in public, and I said "think of Kili" and we all shut up and were very solemn. Desperate times call for desperate measures. : )

  2. Aw thanks so much for nominating me Adi! You just made my day by saying those things. Thank you!
    It's so fun having a twin.xD
You are indeed responsible for my recent obsessions. But as we established earlier, it is a blessing.xD
I will get an awards post up, hopefully later today. Thanks again!^_^

  3. YES A FELLOW FUZZY SOCK LOVER. :D My family always thinks I'm super weird for walking around in Christmas fuzzy socks in the middle of July, so I'm glad there's someone who understands :)
Yeah.....I can't sleep if the door to my bathroom is open (It probably comes from watching all those episodes of Ghost Adventures. I don't even know why I watch that show because it scares the heckidy out of me and makes it impossible to sleep without the lights on.)

    1. HUZZAH, YES.
I walk around in candy corn ones far after Halloween is over so I feel your pain. =)
I can't sleep if ANY door is open. :P

  4. Thank you so much for nominating me, Adi! You're always so nice!! :D (Haha, glad to know someone else thinks Robert Louis Stevenson in a flower crown is cool xD) Would it be alright if I did this tag on my personal blog, when I release it? I think it would be a perfect way to start it up. :)

    1. No problem Olivia! And aww, why thank you. <3
Oh indeed, Robert looks fabulous. If he had long hair, I could imagine him whipping it snarkily over his shoulder.
      ...
On second thought, I don't really want to imagine that. *shudders* xD
Oh of course! Can't wait to see your personal. <3
